As we grow older one of the most important things we need to be concerned about is our health. This part of the website list some information I read recently, because like you staying healthy is a concern for me as well. Sometimes  making alterations in our habits helps make our lives better. 1. Lowering your cholesterol can be as easy as eating a bowl of yogart, cereal or a piece of fruit with cheese daily. (reference M.D. Kathleen W. Wilson, author of Health for midlife women). 
 
2. Daily drinking several glasses of bubbly mineral water helps lower LDL cholesterol by 15% and helps slow artery clogging plaque buildup because it contains magnesium, calcium and other elements. ( reference Carolyn Dean, MD., ND.
